    Job Title: Quality Inspector

    Job Description

    We are seeking a meticulous and skilled Quality Inspector with a focus on mechanical and visual inspections. The role involves utilizing Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and various measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges for precise inspection. The ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings is essential.

    Responsibilities

    + Conduct mechanical and visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met.

    + Utilize CMM and precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

    + Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

    + Perform first article inspections (FAI) on AS9102 forms.

    + Ensure quality assurance and quality checks are thoroughly conducted.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with quality inspection and assurance processes.

    + Proficiency in using inspection tools such as calipers and micrometers.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

    + First article inspection experience with AS9102 forms.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) is preferred.

    + Experience with CMM is a plus but not required.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clearwater, Florida.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
