Hiring CNC Machinist & Operators
**Shifts:** Openings on all shifts.
**Location:** LaVergne, TN
Job Description
Join our dynamic team where you will operate complex production equipment and utilize manufacturing software and tools to produce and package a variety of products. You will ensure products meet customer specifications by following digital instructions and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and schematics. Your role will include executing equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to sustain production.
Responsibilities
+ Operate automatic or semi-automatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production environment.
+ Monitor meters, gauges, valves, and related controls to ensure adherence to production specifications.
+ Report malfunctions and perform minor equipment repairs as needed.
+ Set up and operate machine tools such as mill-turns, mills, lathes, and grinders.
+ Align and secure tooling, holding fixtures, and materials onto machines.
+ Modify programs and write product-specific robot programs by material master.
+ Read blueprints and perform quality checks using various gauges and equipment.
+ Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing personnel to exchange technical information.
+ Complete necessary documentation and data entries accurately and timely.
+ Inspect machined products to ensure they meet internal and external quality specifications.
+ Support Lean Enterprise initiatives to improve quality, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in reading blueprints and mechanical assembly.
+ Experience with lathe and mill machining.
+ Ability to use calipers and precision gages.
+ Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and solve operating errors.
+ Experience with CNC machine operation is preferred.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with Keyance, Optical Guide Post (OGP), and Optical comparators is a plus.
+ Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
+ Capability to perform physical or mechanical movement of materials as needed.

Work Environment
Work in a non-temperature controlled manufacturing setting. The position requires adherence to all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
