    Job Title: High Reach Operator

     

    Pay: $21-22.50/hr

    Job Description

    As a High Reach Operator, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, selecting cases, and moving products within the distribution center. Utilizing a variety of material handling equipment, you will ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and promptly.

    Responsibilities

    + Load and unload materials using forklifts and reach trucks.

    + Select and move products accurately within the distribution center.

    + Utilize RF scanners for inventory management and order picking.

    + Ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.

    + Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with forklifts, reach trucks, and electric walkies.

    + Proficiency in picking orders and material handling.

    + Minimum 6-month warehouse experience using RF scan guns and equipment.

    + Ability to safely operate industrial fork truck equipment.

    + Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High School Diploma or equivalent.

    + 1-2 years of related warehouse experience preferred.

    + Knowledge of or ability to learn Cat2 software or other RF programming.

    + Ability to work in a cold environment.

    + Proficient in reading and writing English to understand work orders.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a freezer environment with temperatures around 45 degrees in the warehouse. Dress warmly and use provided freezer wear for areas with temperatures as low as 20 degrees. Steel-toed boots are required for safety.

    This is a Permanent position based out of New Oxford, Pennsylvania.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $44720.00 - $46800.00/yr.

     

    Provide full benefits such as medical, vision and dental. Will also receive vacation time after 90 days of working there

     

    Workplace Type

     

    This is a fully onsite position in New Oxford,PA.
