Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team on a night shift from 5:45 PM to 6:00 AM on a rotating schedule. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting assembly equipment within the automation department. You will utilize a multimeter to troubleshoot circuits and sensors to identify faults, work with 3 phase/480 V equipment, and handle VFDs by replacing and transferring data or editing settings. Note that PLCs are not part of this role. You will also be responsible for using computers to track all work orders and preventive maintenance tasks. Pneumatics and air systems troubleshooting, including repairing lines, are also part of this position. Communication with production and operations for proactive machine fixes is essential.

+ Troubleshoot assembly equipment within the automation department.

+ Utilize a multimeter to troubleshoot circuits and identify faults in sensors.

+ Handle 3 phase/480 V equipment and work with VFDs for data transfer and setting adjustments.

+ Use computers to track work orders and preventive maintenance.

+ Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic air systems and lines.

+ Communicate proactively with production and operations teams to address machine fixes.

Work Environment

This role operates in a clean room environment on a night shift from 5:45 PM to 6:00 AM. The schedule is a rotating shift, with work every other Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday for Shift #2, and Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday for Shift #4. You will work three days one week and four days the following week, with four days off every other week.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00/yr.
