    Job Title: Production Associate – Food Manufacturing (Contract)

    **Location:** Omaha, NE

    **Pay Rate:** $16/hour

    Shifts Available:

    + 4:20 PM – 3:00 AM (3 openings)

    + 5:50 PM – 4:00 AM (2 openings)

    + 6:00 PM – 4:35 AM (13 openings)

    + 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM (11 openings)

     

    About the Role

As a **Production Associate** , you’ll play a vital role in the creation of delicious baked goods enjoyed by customers nationwide. This is a physically demanding role in a hot production environment, perfect for individuals with a strong work ethic and a passion for hands-on work.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Operate and monitor production line equipment efficiently.

    + Perform general labor tasks such as stacking, packing, and depanning.

    + Follow all safety and SFQ (Safe Food Quality) protocols.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area.

    + Work under the supervision of a team lead or supervisor.

    Essential Skills & Qualifications

    + Prior experience in a manufacturing or food production environment preferred.

    + Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

    + Physically capable of standing for long periods, lifting up to 40 lbs, and performing repetitive motions.

    + Comfortable working in hot, humid, and slippery conditions.

    + No specialized training required.

    Work Environment

    + **Hot Conditions:** Indoor temperatures can be 20–30°F higher than outside.

    + **Schedule:** Expect to work 6–7 days per week.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
