Job Title: Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting a range of plant equipment, with a focus on electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. This role involves performing preventive maintenance and assisting with mold changes in a state-of-the-art facility.

Responsibilities

+ Troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on all plant equipment.

+ Conduct electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance.

+ Maintain and repair general machinery such as conveyor systems, plant support equipment, case packers, box makers, stretch wrappers, and palletizers.

+ Assist with daily preventive maintenance and mold changes.

Essential Skills

+ Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics.

+ Experience in electro-mechanical maintenance and 480V troubleshooting.

+ 1-3 years of industrial maintenance experience.

+ Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

+ Proficiency in Ladder Logic and PLC knowledge.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Ability to connect with a laptop and troubleshoot PLCs is a plus.

+ An Associate's Degree in Maintenance is beneficial.

+ A can-do attitude and willingness to learn.

+ Consideration given to candidates with electrical skills but no PLC experience.

Work Environment

The facility is highly automated with high-speed equipment, supporting both the liquor (85%) and pharmaceutical/food (15%) industries. The environment is designed to ensure safety and efficiency, with a focus on maintaining a comfortable and productive workplace.

The pay range for this position is $61360.00 - $61360.00/yr.
