Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Job Description
The Warehouse Associate is pivotal in supporting and maintaining all aspects of warehouse operations. This role encompasses a variety of tasks including shipping, receiving, storage, and cycle counting, along with operating warehouse equipment. The position is integral to supporting manufacturing operations, ensuring timely execution of tasks, and compliance with GMP, EHS, and quality systems.
Responsibilities
+ Receive, check, and verify inbound materials in a cleanroom environment.
+ Store materials in appropriate storage areas.
+ Assist with warehouse cleaning and organization to meet safety and quality requirements.
+ Fill internal requests for materials and deliver them to various destinations within the facility.
+ Properly package items for safe transport and arrange shipment of outbound materials.
+ Perform data entry related to receiving, inventory control, movement, and shipping of materials.
+ Process and file relevant paperwork.
+ Conduct cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy, reporting discrepancies as directed.
+ Understand and follow all Standard Operating Procedures.
+ Adhere to all GMP site safety and quality policies.
+ Maintain cleanliness of supply chain areas.
+ Demonstrate good documentation practices with strong attention to detail.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in inventory management, cycle counting, packing, and packaging.
+ Strong data entry skills.
+ Experience with receiving and verifying materials.
+ Ability to adhere to GMP site safety and quality policies.
+ Good documentation practices.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in a cleanroom environment is advantageous.
+ Familiarity with FDA-regulated facilities is beneficial.

Work Environment
The facility operates in a clean, climate-controlled environment with three available shifts: 1st shift (7:00am - 3:30pm), 2nd shift (3:00pm - 11:30pm), and 3rd shift (11:00pm - 7:30am). The work environment is part of a new medical manufacturing facility, regulated by the FDA.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Nashville, Tennessee.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
