    Currently hiring for all three shifts for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift. Positions are long term and contract to hire.

     

    Job Title: Assembler

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler responsible for assembling various sizes of heavy-duty cases and mid-size flashlights. The role involves assembly, packaging, and the use of hand tools, requiring the ability to read blueprints and work instructions.

    Responsibilities

    + Assemble and package products using hand and power tools.

    + Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.

    + Count inventory and ensure accurate assembly of products.

    + Tape boxes and prepare them for shipping.

    + Operate small drills, hammers, and rivet machines for packaging.

    + Add foam to cases and assemble flashlights.

    + Lift items weighing between 7-40 lbs.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with mechanical assembly and use of hand tools.

    + Ability to read technical drawings and work orders.

    + Experience in production, light industry, or general labor.

    + Proficiency with power tools and mechanical assembly.

    + Capability to lift up to 40 lbs.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a clean and organized environment, assembling various sizes of heavy-duty cases for lighting accessories and cameras. The role involves using tools such as small drills and hammers, with safety gear such as glasses, gloves, and vests provided. Employees must supply their own steel-toed boots. Shifts vary, offering flexibility and the chance to work with cutting-edge technology and equipment.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Torrance, California.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.75/hr.
