_Roofing Technician- Weekly Pay- Start ASAP_

_Location: Sioux Falls, SD_

_Hours: Monday-Friday, 7 am- 5 pm_

_Pay: $22-$25/hour_

_Join our growing team as a Roofing Technician where you will have a take home truck provided by our company! You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing roof leaks, storm damage, and other roofing issues on residential properties. This role requires hands-on experience in roof systems, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a customer-first attitude to ensure each repair is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards._

_Responsibilities:_

+ _Conduct thorough roof inspections to identify the source of leaks, storm damage, or workmanship issues._

+ _Take a work order and material list made from a sales associate and perform the work to fix the leak that is on the roof._

+ _Assess the condition of shingles, flashings, vents, gutters, and underlayment._

+ _Document findings with photos and written notes for repair estimates and service records._

+ _Perform repairs on asphalt shingle, metal, and flat roof systems._

+ _Replace damaged shingles, flashing, pipe boots, vents, and sealants._

+ _Address small siding, soffit, fascia, or gutter repairs as needed._

+ _Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer and company quality standards._

_Essential Skills:_

+ _1+ years of residential roofing or service repair experience (preferred)._

+ _Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently._

+ _Valid driver’s license and clean driving record._

+ _Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work comfortably at heights._

+ _Communication and customer service skills._

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
