    Job Title: TIG Welder

    **Pay Range:** $24-30/hr

    Job Description

    Join our dynamic team as a TIG Welder/Engineering Technician where you will play a crucial role in building and testing thermal products. This hands-on position involves working closely with the Engineering staff to support product development and manufacturing processes.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform TIG welding on aerospace products.

    + Support engineering staff in the design, fabrication, and testing of thermal products and support hardware.

    + Identify materials both incoming and in-process according to material identification and inspection procedures.

    + Braze or solder thermal products and support hardware.

    + Utilize initiative, imagination, and knowledge to assist in design, fabrication, and testing processes.

    + Ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

    + Aid in the development of responsive delivery schedules.

    + Assist in the development of fabrication and test procedures and methods.

    + Conduct preventive maintenance as required.

    + Perform in-process and final inspections as required.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficient in TIG welding (aluminum) with professional training or 3-5 years of experience.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

    + Skilled in using measuring tools for inspection purposes.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Professional welding certifications are preferred.

    + Experience with fabricating, brazing, machining, assembly, and testing.

    + Basic electricity skills are advantageous.

    Work Environment

     

    This position operates on a 1st shift schedule, alternating between Monday to Friday one week and Monday to Thursday the next week. The work environment is a manufacturing setting focused on thermal management products, requiring attention to detail and precision in welding tasks.

    This position is based out of Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
