Job Title: General Laborer

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated General Laborers to join our team in a metal manufacturing environment. As a General Laborer, you will assist in loading large metal pieces into machines and ensure that stamped metals are efficiently placed on pallets.

Shift & Pay:

2nd Shift - $18/HR

3rd Shift - $18/HR

Responsibilities

+ Work in a loud and hot metal manufacturing environment.

+ Assist in loading large metal pieces into machines.

+ Help in placing stamped metal products on pallets.

Essential Skills

+ Experience with loading and packing operations.

+ Familiarity with operating as a machine helper.

+ Proficiency in using measuring tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience working in a manufacturing or similar environment is preferred.

+ Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines.

Work Environment

Our facility is characterized by a loud atmosphere where safety is of utmost importance due to the handling of heavy and sharp metal materials. The environment is not temperature-controlled, leading to hot conditions in the summer and cooler temperatures in the winter. Employees are required to wear steel-toed boots, jeans or pants without holes, and either long or short-sleeve T-shirts. The company specializes in producing filters, fences, gratings, and other metal products.

This is a position based out of Libertyville, Illinois.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.25/hr.
