Job Title: Commercial Plumbing Manager

Job Description

The Commercial Plumbing Manager oversees all commercial plumbing projects from planning through completion, ensuring quality workmanship, compliance with building codes, and adherence to budget and schedule. This position provides leadership to plumbing supervisors, foremen, and field crews while coordinating closely with project management, estimating, and safety teams. The Plumbing Manager is responsible for workforce planning, material management, and technical oversight of all commercial plumbing operations.

Responsibilities

+ Oversee all commercial plumbing projects from inception to completion.

+ Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with building codes.

+ Adhere to budget and schedule constraints.

+ Provide leadership to plumbing supervisors, foremen, and field crews.

+ Coordinate with project management, estimating, and safety teams.

+ Manage workforce planning and material management.

+ Ensure technical oversight of all commercial plumbing operations.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in plumbing, sewer systems, underground utilities, and water heaters.

+ Backflow Prevention Certification.

+ Medical gas piping certification for commercial projects.

+ Experience with trenchless sewer repair, hydro jetting, and camera inspections.

+ Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., FastPIPE, Trimble, Bluebeam, or similar).

+ Strong understanding of mechanical systems, local building codes, industry standards, and construction methods.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

+ Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple project estimates simultaneously.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Familiarity with ProCore and Computer Ease is a plus.

This is a Permanent position based out of Carrollton, Georgia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $93000.00 - $120000.00/yr.

3 Month Performance Review with Potential Increase based on Performance and Departmental Growth

Vacation 1 Week after 90 days of employment

Holidays 7 paid holidays after 90 days of employment

Sick Time 5 sick days after 6 months of employment

401K (100% @ 4% match) (Dependent upon employees’ contribution)
