    Job Title: 2nd Shift - General Production

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual for our General Production role. While spray coating experience is a plus, we welcome candidates with experience in manufacturing who are eager to learn and grow within the company. As an Armor Edge Spray Booth Operator, you will apply a specialized coating to table edges, offering protection and durability.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate state-of-the-art equipment to apply Armor Edge coating to table edges.

    + Perform general labor tasks, including assembly, construction, and mechanical assembly.

    + Utilize hand and power tools efficiently.

    + Engage in machine operation, packaging, and spray painting.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

    + Adhere to safety protocols and procedures.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with hand tools, power tools, and tape measures.

    + Familiarity with machine operating and spray painting.

    Work Environment, Shift Hours, and Pay

     

    1st Shift: Monday through Friday from 6:00am-2:30pm at $20/hr

     

    2nd shift: Monday through Thursday from 4:00pm-2:30am at $21/hr

     

    The production environment is clean but may become warm during the summer and somewhat dusty due to wood products. The dress code allows for casual attire, including jeans, and requires all-leather lace-up shoes.

    This is a position based out of Belleville, Wisconsin.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
