Job Title: Painter

Job Description

Join our team as a Painter where you will perform painting functions for industrial and commercial clients. Specializing in commercial and industrial projects, you will work on both new construction and existing buildings. While the majority of the work involves interior walls, exterior painting is also part of the job.

Responsibilities

+ Perform painting functions for industrial and commercial clients.

+ Utilize brushes, rollers, and spray guns to apply paint coatings.

+ Conduct painting on both new construction and existing buildings.

+ Complete the majority of work on interior walls, with some exterior painting.

+ Operate HPLV Airless Sprayers on large industrial projects.

+ Report to job sites and work within a team environment to meet project deadlines.

Essential Skills

+ 1+ years of painting experience.

+ 1+ year of commercial painting experience.

+ Proficiency in prep work and job site cleanup.

+ Ability to use airless spraying, brush and roll, and cut in without tape.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with multi-family buildings.

+ Experience with office buildings.

+ Foreman experience.

Work Environment

Contractors will report to job sites and work in a team environment that varies in size based on the project. The dress code is jeans or t-shirts, or painter whites. Core hours are day shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with flexibility for longer days and some Saturdays as needed to meet project deadlines. Expect plenty of overtime opportunities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $26.00/hr.
