Job Title: Finishing Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Finishing Technician to join our production team. This role involves performing chemical plating processes to ensure durability, conductivity, and compliance with customer specifications. Responsibilities
+ Follow process instructions and job documentation to plate materials to the required thickness and finish.
+ Review and apply special instructions on job travelers.
+ Perform in-process inspections using calipers, gauges, and test equipment.
+ Record measurement data accurately and consistently.
+ Report defective parts or irregularities to the team lead.
+ Monitor plating tank chemistry and equipment to ensure quality.
+ Maintain a safe and organized workspace.
+ Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment.
+ Work independently while staying on task and on schedule.
+ Collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with finishing, chemical handling, and machine operation.
+ Ability to read job travelers and use measurement tools.
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
+ Willingness to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
+ Dependability and ability to complete tasks independently.
+ Team-first attitude and strong communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Prior experience in finishing, chemical processing, or manufacturing is preferred but not required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.90 - $18.90/hr.
