Job Title: Line Operator

Job Description

Join our team as a Line Operator in the Extrusion department, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production process. This is an entry-level position perfect for individuals eager to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

+ Utilize standard tools and measuring devices to ensure the final product meets customer specifications.

+ Identify and address basic abnormalities in the production process.

+ Ensure the final product is wrapped around the reel in an even and neat manner while maintaining quality checks.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in manufacturing and production.

+ Proficiency in machine operating, particularly as a machine operator or extrusion operator.

+ Strong mechanical aptitude.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Eagerness to learn and adapt to new processes.

+ Experience as an upstream operator is a plus.

Work Environment

Work in a clean, team-oriented manufacturing facility. While the environment is non-climate controlled, it is designed to be efficient and conducive to productivity. The position offers an 8-hour workday with shifts available from 7 am to 3:30 pm, 3 pm to 11:30 pm, or 11 pm to 7:30 am, Monday through Friday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clinton, Tennessee.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $20.50/hr.
