    Job Title: Electro-Mechanic

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanic to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic production equipment. This role involves working with 3 Phase motors, conveyors, presses, and conducting limited PLC troubleshooting. This position is available for the 2nd shift with a 2-2-3 schedule, which includes working every other weekend.

    Responsibilities

    + Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.

    + Perform limited PLC troubleshooting.

    + Conduct general maintenance tasks, including work on conveyors and other production equipment.

    + Work primarily on the Glaze line, which involves electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

    Essential Skills

    + Associate's degree in maintenance or equivalent military experience.

    + 1-3 years of industrial maintenance experience.

    + Multi-skilled in both electrical and mechanical domains.

    + Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Preference for candidates with military mechanics experience.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment is within a large tile manufacturing facility, employing approximately 140 people. The setting can be dusty due to tile dust, yet remains relatively clean. Employees may need to work at heights on tall equipment and scaffolding. The temperature can become quite hot in the summer, particularly around kilns and ovens. Steel-toe shoes are required, but casual attire, such as shorts and cut-off t-shirts, is permissible. This position specifically involves working on the Press Line, which tends to be more mechanical and dustier compared to other lines.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lawrenceburg, Kentucky.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
