Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented mold operator responsible for operating plastic injection molding machines and in-line equipment. The role involves various tasks such as cutting, sorting, separating, stacking, inspecting, box-making, and maintaining accurate counts. The machine controls the pace of production, and it is important for the operator to keep up with the machine's speed. Operators will rotate on machines and may need to sit or stand for 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

+ Perform tasks such as cutting, sorting, separating, stacking, inspecting, and box-making.

+ Move boxes and maintain accurate counts.

+ Ensure the pace of production is maintained with the machine's speed.

+ Rotate between different machines.

+ Sit or stand for 10+ hour shifts as required.

Work Environment

The work environment is non-climate controlled, and the company manufactures air freshening products, with the largest product being urinal cakes. Shifts consist of three 12-hour shifts, with various schedules available. Employees are expected to wear closed-toed shoes and work in a fast-paced production setting.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Perrysburg, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.40/hr.
