    Now hiring a Welder in McConnellsburg, PA

    •Location: McConnellsburg, PA

    •Shift: Monday–Friday | 11pm-7am

    •Pay:$22.75–$26.40/hour (based on experience + weld test)

    •What You’ll Be Doing:

    + Perform MIG welding in flat, vertical, and overhead positions

    + Read and follow blueprints and work instructions

    + Safely operate overhead cranes and hand tools

    + Weld and assemble metal components with precision

    + Use measuring tools to ensure top-notch quality

    + Rotate across production areas for variety and skill-building

    •What You’ll Need:

    + 6+ months of MIG, TIG, or Stick welding experience (school or work)

    + Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools

    + Welding certification is a plus

    + Steel-toed leather boots required

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $47320.00 - $54912.00/yr.

     

    Sign On Bonus: Eligible for full time employees

     

    $1,500 Total

     

    $500 @ 3 months of employment

     

    $500 @ 6 months of employment

     

    $500 @ 12 months of employment
