    Maintenance Mechanic

    Summary:

    We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to ensure the safety and efficiency of our warehouse's conveyor system. The ideal candidate will perform all maintenance activities to support the smooth operation of our facility.

    Responsibilities

    + Repair and maintain the conveyor system.

    + Provide information, data, and recommendations regarding conveyor operations to anticipate and eliminate potential problems.

    + Be on call and available to respond to breakdowns or issues that interrupt conveyor system operation.

    + Determine when necessary repairs require outside mechanical personnel.

    + Perform other maintenance duties as assigned.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with conveyor systems.

    + Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and sensor issues.

    + Proficiency in changing input/output of control systems.

    + Experience in facilities building repairs and industrial equipment repairs.

    + Strong mechanical aptitude.

    + High school diploma, GED, or maintenance certification.

    + 2-3 years of previous maintenance or related experience.

    + Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Knowledge of hydraulics, controls, and electrical systems.

    + Experience with troubleshooting, blueprint reading, and schematic interpretation.

    + PLC troubleshooting skills.

    + Preventive maintenance expertise.

    + Understanding of photoelectric sensors.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.
