    •️** **What You’ll Do

    + Interpret order specs and digital printing instructions

    + Operate and maintain HP digital printing equipment

    + Ensure quality standards and accurate documentation

    + Manage inventory and raw materials efficiently

    + Perform autonomous maintenance routines

    + Support 5S initiatives and cross-functional teamwork

    + Train and assist team members in problem-solving

    + Continuously seek ways to improve quality and reduce waste

    + Follow all safety protocols and PPE guidelines

    •** **What You Bring

    + High School Diploma or equivalent

    + 0–2 years of production or machine operation experience

    + Strong problem-solving and math skills

    + Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

    + Experience with HP 7K/6600, IQHD, Sakurai, LasX, Velocity, 3D printers, CAD, or CNC is a plus

    + HP Level 1 or 2 Certification preferred

    + Hazardous materials training and pre-press knowledge are a bonus

    The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $52000.00/yr.
