Summary This position is located at Texas Roadhouse, Fort Bliss Texas. (AR 215-3 2-5) Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Responsibilities Performs “Hands-on” supervision of the restaurant. This includes but is not limited to occasional temporary non-scheduled assistance with serving, hosting, cooking and other duties. Monitors operations to ensure smooth running of the business operation during peak business hours to set the pace in Front and Back of the House. Assumes responsibility for cash during shift including cash collected from waiter’s guest checks. Conducts inventory at beginning and/or end of shift. Provides administrative supervision to all employees, authorize employees to clock in and out; reports to functional supervisors on employee performance. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1. A minimum of 6 months experience effectively working in a fast-paced food and beverage establishment. or 2. A current MWR Texas Roadhouse team member. and 3. Must possess good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills. Education This job does not have an education qualification requirement.
