• Accounts Payable Analyst

    RGP (Loveland, CO)


    RGP is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Analyst to support retained AP activities and resolve escalated issues in collaboration with Managed Services and internal stakeholders. This role requires strong analytical skills, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

     

    This also requires being onsite in Loveland, CO.

     

    + Investigate and resolve escalated AP issues from Managed Services, engaging with stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and Supplier Representatives.

    + Communicate professionally and promptly with stakeholders regarding issue status and resolution.

    + Manage retained AP activities including seed settlements, large payments, prepay corrections, and payment preselects.

    + Gain proficiency in AP systems such as SAP S4, PeopleSoft, and TAP to support issue resolution and root cause analysis.

    + Research open items and recommend solutions to improve supplier account accuracy and payment timeliness.

    + Reconcile escalated supplier statements, ensuring accurate recording of invoices, credit memos, and payments.

    + Assist with critical prepayment transactions to ensure proper application and avoid duplicate payments.

    + Collaborate with onshore/offshore Payables teams and Field & Site Operations to drive resolution and process improvement.

    + Meet internal KPIs and SLAs while maintaining high standards of integrity and business ethics.

    + Understand end-to-end process flows and interactions between Managed Services and retained AP functions.

    + Partner with leadership to set annual performance and career development goals.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and SharePoint; SAP experience is a plus.

    + High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

    + Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

    + Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

    + Positive attitude with a team-first mindset and relationship-building skills.

    + Demonstrated initiative and curiosity to learn and improve.

    + High level of integrity and commitment to ethical business practices.

    + Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.

    + Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.

    + Pay Range: $40-$45/hr.
