    Summary of Role

     

    Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Director, HR M&A will lead the human capital strategy and execution for mergers and acquisition across GF’s global footprint. Based in Santa Clara, CA, this role will partner closely with Corporate Development, Legal, Finance, and Business Unit leaders to assess organizational impact, drive integration planning, and ensure seamless employee transitions aligned with GF’s strategic growth objectives.

    Essential Responsibilities

    + Lead HR due diligence efforts for M&A transactions, including organizational structure, compensation, benefits, talent, and cultural assessments.

    + Develop and execute HR integration strategies and plans, ensuring alignment with GF’s business goals and values.

    + Partner with cross-functional teams to assess and mitigate people-related risks and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

    + Design and implement change management and communication strategies to support employee engagement and retention.

    + Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and HR Business Partners to align workforce planning and onboarding processes.

    + Track and report on HR M&A metrics, milestones, and outcomes to executive stakeholders.

    + Build and maintain a repository of best practices, playbooks, and tools for repeatable M&A execution.

    Other Responsibilities

    + Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

    + Other duties as assigned by manager.

    Required Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred

    + Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including experience in M&A or organizational transformation roles

    + Deep understanding of HR processes across geographies and functions

    + Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills

    + Experience with HR due diligence, integration planning, and change management

    + Excellent communication and influencing capabilities

     

    Expected Salary Range

     

    $163,200.00 - $294,300.00

     

    The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
