About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate, Analyst in Corporate & Investment Banking as part of the Chief Operating Office, to join the Commercial Real Estate – Chief Administrative Office (CRE-CAO) division.
In this role, you will:
+ Participate in exam and testing activities, including scheduling, documentation preparation, and tracking deliverables to ensure timely and accurate responses
+ Participate in assigned and ongoing business operations to help achieve business goals and objectives
+ Collaborate for opportunities on process improvement through root cause analysis of compliance and business metrics
+ Assess areas of strength and improvement within the defined scope of work to enhance business execution
+ Research and review strategies and action plans to establish effective processes that meet performance metrics and policy expectations
+ Apply independent judgment to guide moderate-risk deliverables within established guidelines
+ Support and collaborate on recommendations to support the development and monitoring of strategic approaches that improve business performance and risk management
+ Collaborate and consult with leaders and internal partners to ensure alignment with business priorities
+ Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and governance standards within assigned responsibilities
Required Qualifications:
+ 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
+ 6+ months of Commercial Real Estate domain experience
+ 6+ months of managing exam and testing activities, including coordination with internal and external stakeholders, preparation and intake of documentation, and tracking deliverables to ensure timely and accurate responses
+ Knowledge and understanding of Regulatory Risk and Compliance policies and programs
+ Experience at a global, highly matrixed financial services firm
+ Experience executing complex engagements on topics with clear deliverables and recommendations
+ Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills for presentations and reporting
+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings, communicate ideas and results effectively, and drive consensus throughout the organization
+ Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment and act with urgency when supporting leadership requests
+ Understanding of risk and control frameworks, including EBCE testing, RCSA refresh, and issue validation process
Job Expectations:
+ Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled
+ Ability to work outside of regular business hours
