Overview
The Facilities Specialist shall perform a wide range of tasks including coordinating work to be done in collaboration with corporate facilities personnel and vendors for mechanical trouble shooting, preventive maintenance, emergency response, building maintenance, basic construction, plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems service, and vendor management. Responsibilities will also include stocking shipping supplies, maintaining adequate cleanliness of the building, maneuvering pallets, utilizing a pallet stacker with proper training (and strict adherence to relevant policy), loading/unloading of delivery vehicles, driving of box truck to rotate supplies to and from Reliance Rx and maintaining adequate stock of supplies to be used within the warehouse.
Qualifications
+ High school diploma or GED required. Associates degree or vocational training in facilities management or a related field preferred.
+ Two (2) years of experience in facilities maintenance, custodial services, or warehouse operations required.
+ Experience driving for a delivery service with high dollar or temperature sensitive cargo preferred.
+ Ability to complete and maintain necessary certifications (e.g., forklift operation or other relevant safety and equipment certifications).
+ Experience coordinating with vendors and managing supply inventories.
+ Ability to maintain cleanliness and functionality of various facility areas including warehouses, offices, restrooms, lunchrooms, and conference rooms.
+ Experience in tracking, rotating, and organizing supplies and equipment in a warehouse setting.
+ Ability to communicate effectively with external vendors for supply orders and service calls.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills to address facilities requests and escalate issues appropriately.
+ Familiarity with basic building systems and equipment; ability to place and follow up on service calls.
+ Experience maintaining cleaning logs and conducting building checks for accreditation and compliance purposes.
+ Ability to lift and move supplies and equipment; operate a box truck for internal supply transportation.
+ Local travel required. Ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid driver’s license required. Any Reliance Rx associate who uses a motor vehicle in the course of their duties representing Reliance Rx must be compliant with State Motor Vehicle laws and must follow the Policy that pertains to Driver’s License Requirements as a condition of employment.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
+ Comfortable working in both office and warehouse settings.
Essential Accountabilities
+ Ensure proper operation and maintenance of the building for cleanliness. Full cleaning of all areas of the facility (warehouse area, office area, pharmacy, lunchrooms, restrooms and conference spaces). Disposal of all trash and cardboard as needed.
+ Ensure all facilities requests, verbal and written, are addressed promptly and accurately and escalate to corporate facilities personnel and vendors in the appropriate timeframe.
+ Ensure certification training is completed as needed.
+ Manage and track facilities supply inventory within the warehouse.
+ Coordinate supply orders with vendors.
+ Coordinate supply rotation and movement of supplies to the facility with box truck from warehouse storage locations, to always ensure adequate supplies.
+ Place equipment and outside vendor service calls.
+ Complete accreditation cleaning logs and building checks.
+ Maintain pharmacy warehouse; unpacking and organizing supply orders.
+ Perform designated tasks regarding processing of equipment and supply orders.
+ Proper rotation of stock, supplies, packaging materials, and shipping supplies.

Hiring Compensation Range: $20.00 - $22.50 hourly
_Compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to skills, education, location and experience._
In addition to base compensation, associates may be eligible for a scorecard incentive, full range of benefits and generous paid time off. The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
