    Description

    STEHP Case Aide is an entry-level role in social services, providing support to case managers or social workers in assisting clients the following:

    + Assist clients in filling out forms and conducting intakes, applications, and other necessary documentation.

    + Conduct initial interviews to gather information from clients for case managers.

    + Provide clients with information about available services and resources.

    + Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and client records.

    + Prepare, organize, and file documentation as required by case managers.

    + Ensure confidentiality and compliance with legal and organizational standards.

    + Assist in coordinating appointments, and other logistical needs for clients.

    + Support clients in accessing community resources and services

    + Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage communications on behalf of case managers.

    + Assist in preparing reports, letters, and other documentation.

    + Handle data entry tasks and maintain databases related to client services.

    + Work closely with case managers, social workers, and other team members to support the delivery of services.

    + Participate in team meetings and contribute to case discussions.

    + Provide input on improving processes and client service delivery.

    Qualifications

    Highschool diploma/GED
