Job Description:
This job is responsible for developing and delivering complex requirements to accomplish business goals. Key responsibilities of the job include ensuring that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional and compliance requirements, and solutions are well designed with maintainability/ease of integration and testing built-in from the outset. Job expectations include a strong knowledge of development and testing practices common to the industry and design and architectural patterns.
Responsibilities:
+ Codes solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements
+ Designs, develops, and modifies architecture components, application interfaces, and solution enablers while ensuring principal architecture integrity is maintained
+ Mentors other software engineers and coach team on Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI-CD) practices and automating tool stack
+ Executes story refinement, definition of requirements, and estimating work necessary to realize a story through the delivery lifecycle
+ Performs spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas
+ Automates manual release activities
+ Designs, develops, and maintains automated test suites (integration, regression, performance)
+ Performs Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI-CD) activities.
+ Contributes to story refinement and definition of requirements.
+ Participates in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle.
+ Performs Debugging & Troubleshooting, Strong problem-solving skills for both code and database issues.
+ Ability to work with team members in various time-zone, deliver the new feature & functionalities in a fast-paced Agile environment
+ Collaborate with Solution Architects and technology groups to designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions
Required Qualifications
+ 5 + years of hands on full stack Microsoft .Net software engineering expertise in using C#, .NET, Angular, Json, Web API, Micro services, and RDBMS (Preferably SQL Server)
+ Hands-on experience building governance platform, regulatory focused application with multiple line of business with secure access
+ Experience designing and building application for financial service domain
+ Knowledgeable on Object Oriented Design and Programming
+ Knowledgeable on common design patterns.
+ Experienced on ASP.NET MVC Framework and Core with C# language
+ Experienced on using Entity Framework/Core
+ Experienced on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, XML, JSON
+ Hands on MS SQL Development and Db schema design
+ Experience in designing and programming small modules and large components and designing a feature, set of features, or whole feature area.
+ Experience in capturing the system level requirements by brainstorming with Senior Architects, Data Architects, Business, and Product Managers. Under the scope of the work, provide initial estimate and justify the estimates with facts.
+ Experience in assessing the application performance to make improvements through better design and best coding practices, as necessary.
+ Must have extensive hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining software web applications in relational & Big Data Platforms.
+ Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining software frameworks Core MVC, Blazer and Web API. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React is a plus
+ Experience in design and implement tools and frameworks for reusability and standards.
+ Hands on experience on implementing CI/CD using the Atlassian ecosystem.
+ Solid experience & proven track record to build advance solution using NET Framework/Core. Proficient in C# and .NET (ASP.NET MVC, Web API, .NET Core) & Strong skills in T-SQL, stored procedures, functions and query optimization

+ Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field
