Job Title: Hybrid Customer Service Specialist – Overnight Shift

Type: Full-Time | 4-Month Contract-to-Hire

Pay: $16/hr

What You’ll Do

+ Be the first point of contact for patients, answering inbound calls and making outbound follow-ups

+ Learn the entire front-end process to ensure smooth service delivery

+ Verify referral details, create orders, and schedule equipment delivery

+ Educate patients on their financial responsibilities

+ Document concerns and escalate cases when needed

+ Collaborate with a supportive team and grow through feedback

Schedule Details

+ Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (on-site in Newton)

+ Post-Training:Overnight Shift: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM

+ Rotating schedule: 3 days one week, 4 days the next

+ Must be available every other weekend

+ Remote work available after training if performance expectations are met

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have:

+ 1+ year of customer service experience (retail, restaurant, or similar welcome!)

+ Comfortable using Microsoft Office

+ Strong communication and multitasking skills

Bonus Points For:

+ Healthcare or call center experience

+ CNA or nursing home experience

+ Familiarity with medical terminology

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
