Are you passionate about supporting employees and streamlining HR processes? We’re hiring a Human Resources Benefits Specialist to join a dynamic and people-first organization in Minneapolis, MN. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact in onboarding, benefits administration, and employee support while growing your HR career.

What You’ll Do:

+ Lead onboarding for ~20 new hires weekly across the U.S.

+ Coordinate interviews, onboarding paperwork, and training for new HR team members

+ Supervise and mentor an entry-level HR Generalist

+ Serve as a primary contact for employee benefits questions via email and phone

+ Assist with open enrollment and benefits enrollment processes

+ Maintain accurate employee records and ensure policy compliance

+ Collaborate with the HR team on process improvements and special projects

What You Bring:

+ 3+ years of HR generalist experience

+ 1+ year of benefits administration experience

+ Experience in retail or manufacturing environments (preferred but not required)

+ Strong organizational, communication, and data entry skills

+ Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $39.00/hr.
