+ 🔄 Lead change management & cross-site collaboration

• Requirements:

+ 🎓 Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field

+ 📅 5–8 years HR experience (manufacturing preferred)

+ 🧾 Union & labor relations experience

+ 💻 Workday + PowerBI proficiency

+ 💡 Analytical, courageous, and curious mindset

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $130000.00/yr.

Will attach but they offer full benefits and also will pay relocation if needed
