Our client, a leading health insurance company, is looking to add Mail Production Specialists to their Farmington, MO team.

8am-4:30pm CST (40 hours/week with possible OT)

Mailroom process Claims mails for enterprise departments

Production based environment

- Open sort and prepare incoming correspondence

- Scan incoming correspondence

- Record specified incoming documents

- Appropriately file imaged claims appeals adjustments and inferior quality imaged claims

- Generate and mail correspondence related to submission errors

• Meet established department production and quality standards

• Assist team members in other areas (in-office or remote) to align with business needs

• Open, sort and prepare incoming documents

• Image incoming paper documents

• Maintain appropriate records, files and processing documentation

• Assist team members in other areas to align with business needs

Position Purpose: To distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent. 3 months - 1 year of production related experience preferred.

- Ability to lift totes weighing 35-40 pounds

- Mandatory overtime is required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
