Position Title: Onsite IT Endpoint Specialist
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Saturday as needed)

Role Overview
The Onsite IT Endpoint Specialist will provide hands-on technical support in a Windows 10/11 environment across approximately 400 devices. Supported equipment includes laptops, desktops, Zebra and label printers, copiers, handheld and wireless scanners, network switches, UPS units, tablets, and 3D printers.
This role serves as a key liaison between IT and site teams, particularly in automation initiatives. It requires strong troubleshooting skills, customer service, stakeholder communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Support
+ Provide technical support for laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, tablets, and other endpoint devices.
+ Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on Windows 10/11 machines.
+ Perform device refreshes including imaging, deployment, and migration.
+ Use MCM for imaging and client management.
+ Maintain Active Directory environments.
+ Support Apple iPads and Teams AV equipment (Poly Studio X30/X50, Teams phones) using JAMF.
+ Support OT/IT servers and jump boxes.
+ Coordinate installation of TVs and PCs for dashboards.
+ Lead IT efforts for badge readers, camera systems, and site security systems.
+ Initiate CAPEX approval processes and submit purchase orders.
+ Respond to major/severe incidents and escalations with urgency and clear communication.
+ Participate in site meetings and ensure timely ticket management in ServiceNow.
+ Engage in automation and Kaizen projects.
Proactive Maintenance
+ Conduct predictive and preventive maintenance on all supported devices.
+ Plan and coordinate patching and corporate IT maintenance activities.
Tulip System Support
+ Image PCs and install Tulip software for dashboards.
+ Mount and support iPads used with Tulip.
+ Serve as the main contact for Tulip support and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
+ Update dashboards and build new Tulip apps using low-code/no-code tools (training provided).
Key Metrics

Required Skills
+ Windows 11 support
+ Printer troubleshooting and maintenance
+ Imaging and deployment experience

Preferred Experience

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $37.00/hr.
