• IT Project Lead V

    TEKsystems (Brookings, SD)


    We’re hiring an experienced IT Project Lead to manage a key initiative supporting the deployment of SAP S/4HANA and a new enterprise labeling system. This is a 34-week contract based on-site in Brookings, SD, working closely with engineering and operations teams in a healthcare manufacturing environment.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    + Leading all aspects of label changes tied to a major SAP deployment

    + Coordinating with plant engineering to align printing technologies with new systems (SAP + Loftware)

    + Managing data migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and technology transitions

    + Driving schedules and timelines for labeling system changes in sync with SAP rollout

    + Supporting rebranding efforts and label updates across the organization

    + Identifying risks, solving issues, and escalating when needed

    + Partnering with business and change management teams to ensure smooth transitions

    + Overseeing testing and implementation of new labeling technologies

    Required Skills & Experience

    + Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field

    + 5–10 years of project leadership experience (PMP preferred)

    + Proven success implementing new systems and processes

    + Strong command of project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.)

    + Experience presenting to senior leadership

    + Background in manufacturing (healthcare manufacturing is a plus)

    + Hands-on experience with SAP deployments

    + Familiarity with Loftware or other labeling ERP systems

    Role Details

    + Location: On-site in Brookings, SD

    + Duration: 34 weeks (8 months)

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8a-5p

    + Start Date: ASAP

    + Interview Format: One-step virtual interview

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr.
