Responsibilities
+ Transform data into decisions: Apply statistical and analytical techniques to large, complex datasets to analyze product and player signals to identify opportunities, risks, and trade‑offs for product and business.
+ **Tell a compelling data story:** Create executive-ready reports, dashboards, and presentations that clearly communicate insights, implications, and recommendations. Present insights with clarity, tailoring the message to both technical and non-technical audiences.
+ Drive alignment: Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define success metrics, align on KPIs, and drive clarity in decision-making. Experienced in cross-functional teamwork to land decisions with clarity and follow-through.
+ **Measure impact:** Closely partner with the Product and Experimentation team to design and evaluate hypothesis-driven A/B tests and other experiments; ensure methodological rigor and interpret results for business impact.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
+ Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 3+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
+ OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field
+ AND 4+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ Proficiency in **SQL** and at least one programming language (Python or R).
+ 2+ years of experience with data analytics and reporting tools, PowerBI preferred.
+ Proficiency and understanding of statistical methods and experimentation design and causal inference.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Proficiency with **cloud data platforms** (e.g., Azure Data Lake, Synapse, Databricks) and distributed data processing.
+ Background in **product analytics** , **consumer subscriptions** , or **gaming** (or similar digital ecosystems).
+ Familiarity with **data privacy regulations** (GDPR, CCPA) and governance frameworks.
+ Experience building **scalable analytics solutions** , reusable frameworks, or automation for recurring insights.
Business Analytics IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
