Develops creative concepts and direction, design solutions, and/or art direction for print materials, presentations, and audiovisual mediums. Transforms draft materials and concepts into concise and meaningful end products.

SharePoint Design: Own and maintain all divisional SharePoint pages, including a full UX and design refresh of key sites (Onboarding, Grow Your Career, etc.).

Video Production & Editing: Execute video projects, including the Fund Ecosystem series, crew appreciation animations, and significant edits/enhancements to existing training content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Visual Communications: Design and update professional presentations, slide decks, job-aids, one-pagers, and executive-level communications, ensuring consistency with brand standards.

Branding & Maintenance: Apply branding updates across documents, websites, and internal systems, maintaining design standards and brand identity.

Data Visualization: Utilize your skills to create compelling visuals, charts, and graphics that tell a story about data for dashboards and scorecards.

Collaborates with communications, marketing, and other crew to define, plan, and coordinate content, design, and presentation solutions. Uses creative tools to enhance communications and marketing capabilities.

Transforms draft materials and concepts into concise and meaningful visuals, media, and/or design solutions.

Maintains design standards and brand identity. Complies with policies regarding electronic media.

May collaborate with external vendors on implementing artistic services or design solutions.

Collaborates with the business and leaders to ensure finalized products satisfy clients' needs and expectations. Provides recommendations as needed on design and creative solutions.

Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

A strong portfolio or demo reel demonstrating expertise in multimedia design is essential.

Proven technical proficiency in SharePoint UX and Design.

Mastery of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, specifically:

Premiere Pro (video editing)

Illustrator (illustration & graphics)

Photoshop (graphics)

Audition (audio)

After Effects (animation & video)

Experience with data visualization for presenting complex information to non-technical audiences.

Excellent collaboration, communication, and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail.

Nice to have skills include PowerBI and PowerApps.
