Legends Global Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center has an excellent and immediate opening for a Premium Seating & Experiences Manager. The Premium Seating & Experiences Manager provides professional client service support in planning, organizing, and managing events within the facility. This role includes monitoring event logistics and coordinating all tasks from the time events are booked through to their successful conclusion.
Summary:
Responsible for selling all Premium Seating inventory (Suites, Boxes, Club Seats, Unmanifested Seats, etc.) either through contractual obligations or on an individual event basis, as well as private event sales.
The Role:
A salesperson responsible for selling all Premium Seating inventory and providing a superior entertainment experience to our guests. As the Premium Seating & Experiences Manager, you are counted on to generate revenue through existing programs, private event sales, as well as create new and exciting programs for guests to enjoy. As the PSE Manager, you are focused on achieving the venue’s PSE sales budgets through securing contractual and event-by-event sales. You are someone who can be counted on to lead the Premium Services team and is committed to the growth and development of the Long Beach Amphitheater. You are a sales expert committed to enhancing the guest experience, growing the Premium Seating & Experiences program, and creating leaders inside of our organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Sell Premium Seating inventory to new customers, be responsible for renewing contracts for existing customers, and drive private event sales. Budget requirements will be set annually and monthly with KPIs tied to individual events.
+ Create and execute, in conjunction with your General Manager and/or PSE Leadership, a business plan for the program including pricing, advertising/marketing, expense outline, etc.
+ Develop and maintain client relationships in keeping with the standards of a Premium program and product.
+ Hold a membership and/or involvement with organizations such as local Convention and Visitor’s Bureau, Chambers of Commerce, Meeting Planners Associations, and other such groups.
+ Develop and manage, in conjunction with your GM and/or PSE Leadership, operating expense budget and adhere to budget parameters.
+ Be responsible for facilitating on-site PSE program operations and client entertainment at most events.
+ Be responsible for collection of accounts receivable for PSE contracts.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
+ Directly oversees the Premium Sales Coordinator and Premium Service team, as applicable, in the absence of a PSE Director.

Education and Experience:
+ College degree and 2+ years of sales experience

+ Ability to clearly communicate and work effectively with all levels and functions of the organization
