Your Responsibilities:
• Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8a-4p
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
• Observe, survey, and report on activities at your assigned post.
• Manage and view CCTV system throughout the duration of the shift
• Manage and coordinate disaster response or crisis management activities and situations
• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners such as; The clients corporate security team, the onsite security team and management staff, and local law enforcement
• Coordinate emergency response activities such as ordering evacuations, assisting in securing the building, communicating with local law enforcement, and communicating through building wide communication systems.
• Ensure that the facilities equipment used in an emergency situation is working properly and stored in correct locations.
• Consult with corporate security, community partners and local law enforcement on emergency plans and procedures.
• Prepare plans that outline operating procedures to be used in response to disaster or emergency situations
• Remain informed of activities or changes that could affect the likelihood of an emergency, as well as those that could affect the response efforts and details of response plan implementation.
Requirements What We’re Looking For:
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have proven work experience as an Dispatcher or Emergency/Disaster Response Coordinator
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking skills
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong, stable work history.
• Must pass a drug test and background screening.
• Prior experience in security, military, corrections, or law enforcement is a plus.
• State Security License preferred. Don’t have one? We can help you obtain it!
• Reliable transportation required.
