Job Responsibilities

In the role of a DC Equipment Operator, you will have a vital part in the operations of our distribution center. Your duties will involve:

+ Using material handling machinery like forklifts and pallet jacks.

+ Loading and unloading trucks with precision and care.

+ Picking, packing, and shipping orders to ensure timely delivery.

+ Conducting regular equipment inspections to maintain safety standards.

+ Assisting with inventory management and cycle counts.

+ Collaborating with team members to meet and exceed performance goals.

Hours: Sunday - Thursday 6:30am - 3:00pm with overtime as needed

$21.50 to start and eligible for performance based incentives of up to $5.50/hr for high performers!

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must ideally meet the following requirements:

+ Proven experience as a forklift operator or similar role in a distribution center.

+ Capability to safely operate different kinds of material handling machinery.

+ Strong attention to detail and dedication to flawless execution.

+ Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.

+ Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 50 pounds.

+ Flexibility to work the Sunday through Thursday shift.
