Northrop Grumman Space Systems is searching for a **Electronic Tech 2** to be at our Chandler, AZ facility. This position will be 100% on-site in Chandler.

**This is a 2nd shift position with a 10% shift premium

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Under moderate supervision, performs routine technical functions related to the support of development engineering activities such as design, test, checkout, fabrication, modification, and assembly of electronics and Electro-mechanical systems, experimental design circuitry, prototype models or specialized test equipment. Applications may include analog, digital and/or video type circuits and logic systems. Guidance is readily available from superiors. Works from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts or defined plans to perform The electronic technician will be responsible for the acceptance testing of a variety of cable assemblies and related devices. Responsibilities will include performing Continuity and Isolation testing, Contact Separation and Retention testing and Hi-pot testing with both manual and automated test equipment. Knowledge of and the ability to use a variety of test and measurement instrumentation such as multimeters, power supplies, function generators and oscilloscopes is required.

EXPERIENCE and TRAINING:

High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years additional education and/or related experience

Primary Level Salary Range: $47,000.00 - $78,300.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
