    Onboarding Coordinator

Finger Lakes Health is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to be the driving force behind welcoming and guiding our newest team members.     What You’ll Do:

    + Coordinate all aspects of the onboarding process for new hires in a high-volume recruitment environment.

    + Serve as the first point of contact for new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.

    + Work across departments, maintaining excellent communication with managers and staff.

    + Keep onboarding organized, timely, and compliant with regulatory and organizational requirements.

    + Juggle multiple priorities with confidence, all while making the experience fun and engaging.

    + Ensure all the health systems standard for compliance is met for each hire.

    What We’re Looking For:

    Education

    + Minimum: Associate’s Degree in Business or related field.

    + Preferred: Bachelor’s degree with coursework in Human Resources.

    Experience

    + Minimum: 1–2 years of proven success onboarding for a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment team. Must be comfortable with public speaking, delivering excellent customer service, multitasking, and working under pressure while meeting deadlines.

    + Preferred: Prior healthcare experience and/or experience with ADP.
