    Job Overview

    **Position Schedule:** Full-Time

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Director of Lead Management** to join our Financial Advisor / Field Marketing team. This critical leadership role will oversee the strategy, execution, and optimization of lead generation, nurturing, and conversion efforts across multiple channels.

     

    The Director will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by ensuring the seamless alignment of marketing efforts, leveraging data-driven insights, and delivering high-quality leads to branch teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies.

    + Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities.

    + Partner on creation of engaging content and campaigns.

    + Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align goals.

    + Monitor and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

    + Report on performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.

    Lead Qualification & Nurturing:

    + Segment and score lead based on engagement and fit.

    + Develop personalized nurturing campaigns.

    + Automate follow-ups and data integration.

    Measurement & Optimization:

    + Track KPIs like conversion rates, cost per lead, and ROI.

    + Use A/B testing and analytics to refine strategies.

     

    Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage. Associates may be eligible for bonuses and profit sharing. All associates are eligible for the firm's Employee Assistance Program.     **Hiring Minimum:** $168500

    **Hiring Maximum:** $286900
