    What impact you’ll make

     

    As a member of the Process Industrialization team, you will be an active contributor to create, maintain, and execute the standard in how to develop and industrialize manufacturing processes using a team-based approach. This role sits within the Process Industrialization team and will execute development and improvement efforts around fixtures and part movement. With a heavy focus on safety and quality the role will execute technical development of connected processes, designing building and implementing standard fixture solutions, no lift solutions, machine loading/unloading, and overall part movement through production.

    What you’ll do

    + Utilize in-depth knowledge of technical disciplines, analytical thinking, and technical experience to execute policy/strategy and roadmap initiatives

    + Execute hand offs for new product introductions, part and technology transfers, new process introductions, and strategic plant and equipment investments; inclusive of lead time, technology selection, tooling, fixturing, programming, quality plan, and run-off of initial production sets

    + Execute hands-on development of new products and processes enabling a successful hand-off to the production team

    + Manage project timelines to meet customer needs with a strong focus on safety, process quality, and internal customer needs

    + Strong ability to identify and eliminate waste

    + Engineering, standardizing, and optimizing manufacturing processes

    + Participate in productivity efforts supporting cost competitiveness

    + Incorporate lean manufacturing principles into process development

    + Utilize kaizen activities for continuous improvement and collaborate with wider team on breakthrough initiatives

    What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)

    + Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of manufacturing experience)

    + Minimum of 4 additional years of experience in Production Process and Equipment

    Eligibility Requirements:

    + Ability to work off-shift or flexible schedule at times as required by project timelines

    + Ability and desire to work on site in a manufacturing environment

    + This role is restricted to U.S. persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) due to access to export-controlled technology. GE will require proof of status prior to employment

    + This position is 100% onsite at the GE Vernova Greenville, SC Garlington Road location

    _Pay Transparency_

     

    For U.S. based candidates only, for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, the base pay range for this position is $81,700.00 - $136,700.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 10% performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. ​ This posting is expected to close on or after October 17, 2025.

     

    *The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
