    Your Key Responsibilities

    + Analyze financial plant performance and develop measures for plant cost optimization. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

    + Prepare plant related budgeting/planning processes, monitor progress to agreed finanical budgets and analyze financial deviations on plant level.

    + Monitor and analyze financial plant performance indicators to identify trends and variances.

    + Develop and implement cost control measures to enhance plant efficiency.

    + Prepare detailed financial reports and forecasts for plant management review.

    + Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and accounting standards.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making in plants.

    + Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve operational plant performance.

    + Assist in the preparation and management of budgets and financial plans for the plant

    Your Qualifications

    + Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Accounting.

    + 3 to 5 years of experience in controlling.

    + Experience Developing and implementing cost control measures.

    + Ability to work cooperatively in a team setting and maintain confidentiality

    + Must possess very well-developed problem-solving skills, strong organizational skills and has demonstrated the ability to be self-directed and effectively relate to all levels of an organization

    + Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Excel (especially Word and Excel)

    + Must be authorized to work in the United States.
