Job Description:

Job Summary

Primary responsibilities: Providing graphite components to Carbon Cell, receiving new material and shipping finished goods to 1M2.

Key duties include:

+ Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.

+ Kits all graphite needs for the daily production

+ Maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready area.

+ Promptly unloads deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables.

+ Reported failures, malfunctions or wear issues on equipment to supervisor. Inspected finished products to verify conformity to quality standards.

+ Communicate any problems that might arise during the process.

+ Support the team in other areas.

+ Follow established work instructions.

+ Working independently but being a team player with minimum supervision.

+  Availability for overtime is obligatory when required.

+ High priority on having safe and clean workspaces.

Qualifications: 

+ Experience reading procedures and/or machining work orders.

+ Experience using standard quality inspection tools and gages.

+ Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds.

+ High school diploma or equivalent. Requires 1-2 years of related experience.

+ Demonstrated problem-solving and reasoning ability in a manufacturing environment.

+ Reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards.

+ Demonstrated ability to manage inventory and meet tight deadlines while ensuring quality control and customer satisfaction.

+ Team player able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without confusion.

+ Hard worker, intensely driven, determined, goal-oriented, and intrinsically motivated.
