    Join our team! Comfort Windows & Doors is looking for an experienced Insulation Installer with hands-on knowledge of spray foam, air sealing, and cellulose insulation to help homeowners improve comfort and efficiency.

    Responsibilities:

    + Install various insulation materials, including 1- and 2-part spray foam, dense pack cellulose, and blown-in attic insulation

    + Perform air sealing, weatherization, and ventilation work

    + Follow insulation standards and all safety procedures

    + Maintain quality workmanship and a clean job site

    Requirements:

    + 2–3 years of insulation experience (residential preferred)

    + Skilled in spray foam, dense packing, and air sealing techniques

    + Ability to use hand and power tools safely

    + Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
