As an International Tax Manager specializing in Transfer Pricing, you will oversee the delivery of compliance documentation and support the design and implementation of transfer pricing policies for clients. You will manage projects, guide associates, and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of deliverables, while maintaining strong client relationships and upholding regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
+ Manage the preparation and review of transfer pricing compliance documentation for U.S. and foreign jurisdictions.
+ Oversee the implementation and review of transfer pricing processes and controls for clients.
+ Supervise client interviews and information gathering to support inter-company transaction pricing.
+ Analyze industry and financial data to benchmark and document appropriate intercompany pricing policies.
+ Review financial analyses, including market penetration scenarios and intangible property valuations.
+ Draft and review industry overviews, functional analyses, and technical memos for transfer pricing reports.
+ Ensure quality control by proofreading and editing reports prior to client delivery.
+ Provide guidance and training to associates, supporting their professional development.
+ Assist with the preparation of internal and external presentations, research materials, and knowledge-sharing communications.
+ Participate in practice improvement initiatives and collaborate across service lines as needed.
+ Maintain current knowledge of transfer pricing regulations and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
+ 3+ years of transfer pricing experience, with demonstrated project management and supervisory skills.
+ Experience with tax research databases and transfer pricing software is a plus.
+ Strong research, technical writing, and analytical skills.
+ Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with experience presenting to clients.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range:
$118,300-$184,100
