Job Overview
Ebenezer is looking for a Dining Room Coordinator to join our team! This role is responsible for supporting the Director of Nutrition by leading and directing Nutrition Services team members; along with planning, organizing, enforcing proper food handling, sanitation practices and promoting a safe working environment.
This nutrition services schedule includes;
+ 80 hours every two weeks
+ Full-time
+ Includes every other weekend and holiday

Job Responsibilities:
+ Serves meals and ensures that the dining area is clean and inviting
+ Promotes and encourages positive resident relations and satisfaction
+ Provide support and direction to Culinary Assistants
+ Hires and supervises dining staff
+ Supports the Culinary Director to ensure quality culinary outcomes
Required:
+ 0-1 year of experience
Preferred:
+ High School Diploma/GED
+ 1-3 years of experience
+ Working knowledge of basic Microsoft applications
