About the Job:
The Facilities Coordinator is the operational anchor of the Taco Bell Irvine Restaurant Support Center (RSC), driving performance, continuity, and experience across our physical workspace. This powerhouse role focuses on executing core facilities operations, enabling strategic vendor relationships, and ensuring our spaces are efficient, safe, and inspiring.
With this role, the opportunities are endless: influence how the RSC functions day-to-day, lead complex operational processes with autonomy, and help shape the employee experience from behind the scenes. The Facilities Operations Analyst reports to the Manager, Workplace Experience, and serves as a key liaison to vendors, internal teams, and employees across multiple areas of the business.
The Day-to-Day:
+ Coordinate and manage all RSC Work Order requests and Moves, Adds, and Changes (MACs), ensuring efficient and accurate execution across the building.
+ Maintain and update floor plans, space design assignments, and the RSC security database, supporting overall space planning and security strategy.
+ Oversee daily operations and vendor performance for janitorial services, the conference center, and employee lounge, ensuring exceptional service delivery and upkeep.
+ Support AV/technology functionality throughout RSC, including troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and room readiness for meetings and events.
+ Lead safety coordination in partnership with our Floor Warden network, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, evacuation procedures, and training.
+ Support employee badging, access management, and new hire facility onboarding tasks, delivering a seamless first-day experience.
Is This You?
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; Master's degree with no prior experience also considered.
+ At least 3 years of experience in facilities operations, workplace management, or a related field, with demonstrated success in independently managing projects.
+ Strong knowledge of vendor management, space planning, and workplace safety protocols, with hands-on experience in supporting building operations.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with space planning tools, work order systems, and AV/technology platforms is a plus.
+ Proven ability to work independently on moderately complex projects, using sound judgment to solve problems and manage shifting priorities.

Salary Range: $86,300 to $101,400 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
