    As a Physical Therapist at Champion Rehab, you'll:

    + Provide direct patient care: continuous assessment of patient needs and functional deficits, patient care/treatment, ongoing modifications to the existing plan of care as needed, ability to initiate appropriate referrals to other disciplines when needed

    + Work closely with a skilled and dedicated interdisciplinary team to maximize patient satisfaction and overall success based on diagnosis and comorbidities

    + Apply clinical expertise as necessary, including but not limited to family and staff education/training, recommendations and guidance for safe and successful discharge, supervision of Physical Therapy Assistant, communicating with Physicians to ensure fluency of care

    + Complete documentation which follows regulatory guidelines (state, federal)

    What We're Looking For:

    + Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

    + Currently licensed to practice in the State of MN. New graduates and temporary license holders are encouraged to apply!

    + Strong interpersonal and clinical skills

    + Passion for helping patients reach their goals

    + Eagerness to grow with a dynamic, expanding practice

    + Competitive Pay! Starting at $39.00 - $55.00! Full benefits including access to ESST after just one hour worked!

    + Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
